ARTICLE 11 AI™ Connector
Privacy
How SPIRALMESH™ Memory and ARTICLE 11 AI™ Agent Review handle your information.
Who we are
This connector is run by Article 11 AI, Inc., a Wyoming corporation. You can reach us at steve@article11.ai.
What we store
- Your account id from our sign-in provider (a random identifier), and the id of each app you connect.
- Memories that you or your AI save: the text, where it came from, its tags, and every version.
- A receipt for each change: ids, times, salted hashes and signatures. Receipts never contain memory text.
- Agent Review requests you submit, including the contact email you give us, and the reports we write.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not use your memories or submissions to train AI models.
- Other users cannot see your memories or reviews.
- Article 11 AI staff do not look at your memories unless you ask us to, to fix a problem you report, or when the law requires it. Review submissions are read by the reviewers you asked for.
Who helps us run it
Cloudflare hosts the connector and its database. WorkOS handles sign-in. The AI app you connect (for example Claude or ChatGPT) receives what the connector returns to it, under that app's own privacy terms.
Forgetting
When you forget a memory, its text, salt, source and tags are erased from every version and it is removed from the search index. The connector then checks that nothing is left and gives you a signed receipt. The remaining hashes can no longer be matched to the text. Our database provider keeps restore points for up to 30 days, so forgotten text can remain in those restore points until they expire.
How long we keep things
Memories stay until you forget them or ask us to close your account. To close your account and erase everything, write to steve@article11.ai.
Security
Every request uses HTTPS and a sign-in token that is checked each time. The database is encrypted at rest by our provider. Memories are not end-to-end encrypted: Article 11 AI can technically read what is stored, and the rules above say when we would. A write-gate refuses common secret formats, ID numbers and common instruction patterns. It is a filter, not a guarantee: new phrasings can get past it, so memories are always returned labeled as data, not instructions.
Children
This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
